I m so excited about this, I can’t wait to share!
Next to Rock Star Yoga philosophy (YouTube) and Rock Star Yoga stories (this blog) I wanted to do something for the actual yoga of it all.
Because after a great start, where I just put on a Bon Jovi record and fiddled away on my yoga mat, I lost my mojo, and I want to get it back.
For a few hours I got everything in order to actually start creating yoga videos again.
Until I noticed that I had a severe pain in my body, and it was starting to get red as if infected.
My body always knows before I do, that I don’t want to do something.
So I pulled the plug on that, and continued writing out my yoga schedules.
I will share it just like that: A yoga schedule.
And I will tie them to Bon Jovi albums, or full length concerts if I can find them online!
I already found a two great mid-80s concerts which I will write yoga classes for soon.
I m kicking off with Bon Jovi’s debut album, called Bon Jovi (1984)
The album version is 38 minutes, you can find it on Spotify.
But I created an alternative playlist on YouTube too;
With official videos, if they were singles.
And I found live tracks for all the other songs.
The Bon Jovi-Bon Jovi inspired playlist is on YouTube and is 50 minutes long.
Or you can browse to the bottom of this post.
Without further ado, here is my first Bon Jovi inspired yoga class!
#1 First album inspired Bon Jovi Yoga (1984)

The schedule is inspired by these three YouTube videos
Yoga with Bird – 10 minute restorative yoga full body stretch
Yoga with Bird – hip opening stretches (18 minutes)
Yoga with Adriene – Fill Your Cup (21 minutes)
